Guru Purnima 2025

Guru Purnima is a tradition dedicated to paying respect to one’s Guru or spiritual guide for their priceless support.

In honouring this tradition of knowledge being handed down through a galaxy of sages and saints, we had the privilege of hearing Swami A. Parthasarathy, a globally renowned Guru and authority on the ancient Indian wisdom of Vedanta. He offered an insight into the 3 yogas of Knowledge, Love and Service. The word yoga is derived from the Sanskrit root yuj which means 'to join'. Therefore, yoga refers to joining back to our true Self, the core of our spiritual personality or our soul. Join us for this talk as it will unfold the different paths that pave the road to meditation and ultimately, Self-realisation. The talk was titled ‘Three Yogas to Meditation’ and you can watch the recording below.
